Which is worse -- that a driver is drunk or that's he's blind? Cops in Estonia pulled over one that could legally be called blind drunk. The troopers found Kristjan Gradolf trying to navigate his way down a two-lane highway with his friend telling him when to turn and brake. A town in Chile is about to bring a little extra fun to retirement homes with a plan to hand out free Viagra to senior citizens. All men over 60 in the town of Lo Prado will be eligible for the romantic boost.
